Tecmo's esteemed development group, Team Ninja, has created the ultimate Dead or Alive fighting experience by coupling the original Saturn version of Dead or Alive with a completely redesigned Dead or Alive 2 on the Xbox video game system. Both games will be Xbox Live multi-player compatible, enabling you to fight with players all over the country.

Team Ninja's main vision in the creation of Dead or Alive Ultimate is to form an online community that DOA fans from around the world will be able to join and play.
A multiple assortment of special features is also included in the collection. These include an assortment of costumes, many battle stages and interactive environments, an opening movie, unique 2-disc set packaging with inclusion of collectible trading cards, and a bonus feature, information on which will be revealed at a later time.
